Peer Review Process

Every manuscript submitted to the Technology and Vocational Journal will be reviewed through a peer review process with 2 stages, namely Pre-Review by the editors and Blind Review by two reviewers.

Pre-Review articles are carried out by the editor to review the suitability of the article with the focus and scope of the journal and writing guidelines. Plagiarism checking was carried out using Google Scholar and Turnitin software. Review duration is between 2-3 weeks.

Blind Review carried out by at least 2 reviewers. The reviewer does not  know the identity of the author, and conversely the author is also not aware of the identity of the reviewer. This substantial vetting process will consider novelty, objectivity, methods, scientific impact, conclusions, and references. If desired, the reviewer can request a review again after the author has revised the article. The duration of the review is between 3-8 weeks.

The decision whether an article can be published is the authority of the Editor-in-Chief, taking into account the recommendations of the reviewers.
