Manuscript Preparation:

  1. Manuscripts should be submitted in world format (*.doc or *.docx);
  2. Manuscripts are written in Indonesian, with correct spelling, sentence structure and paragraph structure according to the grammar used;
  3. Manuscripts are arranged in a one-column format;
  4. The title of the article should be concise and informative, and avoid using abbreviations;
  5. All authors' names are made complete (at least consisting of first name and last name) included in the manuscript without an academic degree. If there are more than one author, the names of the authors are separated by a comma (,);
  6. The author's affiliation is written in full below the author's line, along with the full address. Corresponding authors are marked with an asterisk, and mark the names of the authors with a superscript affiliation number behind the name;
  7. Abstracts are concise and factual and no more than 300 words. The contents of the abstract must state briefly the purpose, results and conclusions;
  8. After the abstract is given a maximum of 6 words keywords;
  9. The use of sub-chapters is written in bold with the Sentence Case format and aligned to the left and uses a level one numbering format using capital letter format starting from A. The use of sub-chapters should be minimized;
  10. Figures and tables are placed in the manuscript, and are given a title according to their placement;
  11. Each image must be guaranteed to be printed clearly (font size, resolution and line size must be able to be printed clearly);
  12. Each image must be given an image title (figure caption) below the image and numbered in Arabic numerals followed by the image title, as shown in Figure 1;
  13. Each table must be given a table title (table caption) and numbered in Arabic numerals above the table followed by the table title, as shown in Table 1;
  14. The table must not contain vertical lines, while horizontal lines are only given in the table headings and below the table;
  15. Each equation is written using the Equation Editor in MS Word or Open Office. Equations are not allowed to be pasted in the manuscript as pictures;
  16. The main structure of the article consists of: Introduction, Methodology, Results/Discussion and Conclusions;
  17. If necessary, acknowledgments can be placed at the end of the manuscript before the References/ Bibliography section;
  18. Writing References/ Bibliography uses IEEE style, numbers for each reference item are written in square brackets, for example [1]. Some references can be written with separate square brackets, for example [2], [4], [5], [7]-[9] and it is recommended to use software such as Mendeley.
How to Cite References

All references must be referred to in the text. Use the following format for citations:

as shown by Brown [4], [5]; as mentioned earlier [2], [4]-[6], [9]; Smith [4] and Brown and Jones [5]; Wood et al. [7]; as demonstrated in [3]; according to [4] and [6]-[8].

Use et al. if there are three or more names for a reference cited in the text.

Reference formats from online journals/e-journals/transactions

If there are 6 or more authors, then use the main author's name followed by et al.
